This may not work for everyone.

Get a new page up of 10 x 7.75 inches or 7.75 x 10 inches, depending if you are using portrait or landscape.
The reason for that size is that's the largest to use to be able to see it in print preview and for it not to be cut off when printing.
And that is because a lot of printers don't print to the edge.
This of course is for if you print on a standard size 8.5 x 11 inch sheet of paper.
So save your project, then make a duplicate of it (Window / Duplicate) and crop out the project on the DUPLICATE as close as you can to the actual project and then "paste as new layer" on the new page.

You have to paste only the project on the page, and you also can't move it once it's on because when you choose 'paste as new layer', it is perfectly centered on the page.  And be sure the new image is exactly one of the sizes I mentioned above.
And also, click on "File / Page Setup" and make sure the margins are 0.5 inches each.
And make sure 'centered on page' and 'fit to page' in the page setup is NOT checked.

You have to know how to flip the paper back in the printer so the other side comes out right.  Practice with copy paper and just a small black and white image.
