This is how to make text like the text below in my sig tag.
This requires Eye Candy 4000.Bring up a new image a good deal more then the size you want your text to be.
Create your text and convert it to a raster layer...(Layers / Convert to Raster Layer).
Then click on "Effects / Plug-In Filters / Eye Candy 4000 / Motion Trial".
Use these settings in the screen shot below...
You can leave it like that, or you can add an inner bevel by clicking on "Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel". Use these settings below.
Now crop out the extra white space, being careful not to crop any of the tail off.
That's it!
